OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2012.   Azerbaijan and South Korea have signed an intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the field of economics.

The Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan reports that the agreement was signed by Economic Development Minister Shahin Mustafayev and Korean Ambassador Lee Ji Ha.

The agreement provides for cooperation in various economic sectors, including agriculture and fisheries, energy and mining, information and communication technology, science, tourism, transport and the environment. It also includes plans for the creation of an intergovernmental commission.
