PM of Ukraine: Budget 2013 to Be Realistic
OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2012. State Budget of Ukraine for 2013, a draft of which is currently developing by the Government will be realistic.
This was stated by Prime Minister Mykola Azarov in an interview to "Channel 5" TV channel.
"The budget should be realistic and not be focused on the election and on any other political situation. Because the budget can both cause instability and contribute to the stabilization of the economic situation. Therefore, the main task of the Government - to make a budget that would continue the policy of stability and development", - Mykola Azarov said.
He noted that the Government will make every effort to develop the country. According to the Prime Minister, because of the unfavorable for traditional Ukrainian exports situation on world markets the Government policy refocuses on the domestic market. For this, in particular, it is implementing large-scale infrastructure projects. "The Government will pay special attention to the implementation of infrastructure projects, development of the internal market and the shift from external to domestic demand", - the Prime Minister concluded.
