OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2012. The procedure for obtaining the certificate of VAT payer will become fully electronic. The new service is being tested. This was started by the Head of the State Tax Service Oleksandr Klymenko during the All-Ukrainian business forum.

"This service will reduce overhead costs and save a lot of time for a taxpayer which he spent trying to visit tax services to apply the report.

The payer is required only fair tax obligations to qualify criteria of VAT payer"- Oleksandr Klymenko said.
