OREANDA-NEWS. September 03, 2012. A meeting of the Board of Directors of TANECO chaired by Nail Maganov, Deputy General Director - Chief of URNiN of TATNEFT was held, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The meeting summed up the results of the financial and economic activity of TANECO in July. The planned figures for crude oil refining, production and sale of finished products were fulfilled in the month under review. In July 621,890 tons of crude oil were processed and 612,901 tons of oil products were output at the refinery.

The Board of Directors took into account the information on the budget of income and expenses and approved a plan for raw materials processing and products output for September 2012.

Further the Board of Directors was presented a report on the work of the Management Board and figures of technical, economic and financial performance of the Company for the 2nd quarter of 2012.

In addition, the members of the Board of Directors considered a number of issues related to the production activity of TANECO.
