OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2012.  The works envisage emplacement of most of the power industry facility equipment as well as installation of two 16 MVA transformers instead of the four 5.6 MVA ones currently in place.

Komienergo branch of IDGC of the North-West, JSC has commenced reconstruction of “Vorkutinskaya” 35/6 kV substation. The works envisage emplacement of most of the power industry facility equipment as well as installation of two 16 MVA transformers instead of the four 5.6 MVA ones currently in place. Nowadays, the substation ensues power supply to “Vorkutinskaya” mine representing a Category 1 consumer. The equipment installed at the substation was commissioned in middle 1960s. 86 mln RUR will be allocated for the substation modernization by the branch.
