OREANDA-NEWS. August 31, 2012. The meeting of the JSC "Zarubezhneft" Board of Directors was held, where N.Tokarev was elected the Chairman of the JSC "Zarubezhneft" Board of Directors.

Previously, in accordance with the Decree of the Federal Agency for State Property Management № 1018-р dated June 29, 2012 the Board of Directors of JSC "Zarubezhneft" was elected with the following members:

Bazhenov Alexander – Director of the Directorate of the state-and-private partnership of the state corporation "The Bank for development and foreign economic affairs" ("Vnesheconombank");

Brunich Nikolay – Director General of JSC "Zarubezhneft";

Glasenberg Ivan – President of the company "Global Energy Commodities and Resources" (Glencore International AG) (independent director);

Kadochnikov Pavel – Pro-Rector for Research of the All-Russian Academy of the Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economical Development of Russia (independent director);

Nekipelov Alexander – Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Sciences (independent director);

Stolyarenko Vladimir – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "Evrofinance Mosnarbank";

Tokarev Nikolay – President of JSC "Transneft".
