Reference is made to paragraph (b) of the section headed “Contingent Liabilities” on page 12 of the Annual Report 2011 of Burwill Holdings Limited (the “Company”) regarding the Writ dated 17 October 2011 filed with the Shandong Province Tsingdao City Intermediate People’s Court of the PRC provided to the Company (the “Disclosure”), reported the press-centre of Burwill Holdings.

Unless otherwise stated, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Disclosure.

The Company was notified by the Shandong Province Tsingdao City Intermediate People’s Court of the PRC that the above-mentioned Writ had been withdrawn.
