OREANDA-NEWS. August 30, 2012. The first houses on the Affordable Housing Program will be put into operation in the autumn of 2013 year in the six largest cities in Ukraine. This was started by vice Prime Minister Borys Kolesnikov during his working trip to Finland.

It is estimated that affordable housing will be sold under the 3.5% annual: 3% - to 60 square meters, 5% - a larger flat.

“A flat should cost to 6000 UAH per square meter and have to be completed", - said Boris Kolesnikov. According to him economy-class apartments would be available for every Ukrainian. That is, the procedure is very simple: the citizen, choosing an apartment, submits the required documents to the bank, pays from 10 to 30 percent (down payment) of the cost of housing and receives the keys.
