OREANDA-NEWS. August 29, 2012. EastOne, an international investment advisory group, announces the strategic partnership between Geo Alliance, a company under EastOne’s mandate, and Arawak Energy Ukraine BV, a member of the Vitol Group of Companies – a major participant in world energy markets.

The partnership means joint holding, management and investment in the further development of oil and gas fields in Ukraine owned by Geo-Alliance Oil-Gas Public Limited and its subsidiaries.

Commenting on the deal, Chief Executive Officer of EastOne Kirill Rubinsky said:
