OREANDA-NEWS. August 29, 2012.  The Government will create favourable competitive conditions for companies building economy housing. This was started by vice Prime Minister Borys Kolesnikov during his working trip to Finland.

"Competition breeds quality and the role of the state is to help private investors and developers to purchase equipment, fund the interest rates. State also install engineering network, the local authority will provide land’s plots free"- Borys Kolesnikov said.

According to vice Prime Minister and the Government on behalf of the President will provide preferential interest rates on loans to private companies that will buy equipment for the production of high-quality modern concrete structures.
