OREANDA-NEWS. August 29, 2012. Sviaz-Bank has launched a new service, Online Loan Application, on its official site www.sviaz-bank.ru, which gives site visitors an opportunity to save time receiving a preliminary decision on their applications for loans, without leaving their homes, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank. 

Filling in an online application takes between five and ten minutes, and the customer can then receive a preliminary decision on his/her application in real time. After an application has been filed, the customer will be contacted by a Bank manager who will give the customer more details about the requirements the Bank makes on borrowers and about the documents needed for an application to be filed, and will answer the customer’s questions.

Today, the Bank offers consumer loans to retail customers at an interest rate of 12.9% up per annum in rubles and special programs for public servants, army servicemen, and employees of partner companies. These loans enjoy a high demand among borrowers, and the total retail loans issued have tripled since the start of 2012.

The launch of the new Online Loan Application service will simplify significantly the consulting procedure, loan application filing, and, of course, issue of a loan.
