OREANDA-NEWS. August 28, 2012. A meeting of N.P. Tokarev, the President of the Company, and O.N. Kozhemyako, the Governor of Amur region, was held in TRANSNEFT JSC. During this meeting there was signed an Agreement on cooperation on building of the East Siberia – Pacific Ocean pipeline system through the territory of Amur Region.

According to the Agreement, multifamily residential buildings will be built in Skovorodino, Dzhalinda, Shimanovsk, Belogorsk cities, Arkhara and Ekaterinoslavka settlements within three years. Also, motor roads will be built and reconstructed in Skovorodino city and Mukhino settlement. Besides, it is planned to finish building of a school and a nursery school (for 528 and 150 people accordingly), as well as a sports center with a multi-function swimming pool in Belogorsk city in 2014. The total amount of investments will approximately amount more than 3.3 billion RUR.

The amount of tax revenues into the budget of Amur region in 2012-2014 from the activities of TRANSNEFT affiliated facilities will amount not less 1.5 billion RUR annually.
