OREANDA-NEWS. August 28, 2012. Koz'mino port is working in accordance with the plan: six of thirteen tanker parties were dispatched in August already, as ”Spetsnefteport Koz'mino” reports. ”According to the schedule for August, the port awaits for 13 oil tankers: each of the export parties will amount 100 thousand tons of crude oil. The total monthly dispatch is evaluated about 1.3 million tons of oil of ESPO sort, like it had been in July”, the report says.

For the seven months of the year 2012, it has been dispatched more than nine million tons of oil from Koz’mino special marine oil port, 1.3 million tons of this quantity was dispatched for export in July. According to the data of the consignment department of “Koz’mino Special marine oil port” Ltd., the shipment plan was executed to the full extent last month. It is planned to dispatch for export the same amount as in July, 1.3 million tons, in August. Since the beginning of the present month, six tankers have been shipped to the countries of Asian-Pacific Region. The oil export in September is also planned in the same amount of 1.3 million tons of oil. Since putting into operation (in December 2009), the total quantity of oil of ESPO sort shipped have amounted over 40 million tons.

Among the countries to where the tanker parties were dispatched within the seven months of the year 2012,Japanoccupies the leading place – about 2.5 million tons of oil (28,5 per cent).Chinaoccupies the second place (26,0 per cent),USA– the third place (20,0 per cent), thenThailand(8,7 per cent), thePhilippines(5,3 per cent),South Korea(4,4 per cent),Indonesia(3,6 per cent),Taiwan(1,6 per cent),Malaysia(1,5 per cent), andSingapore(0,4 per cent).
