OREANDA-NEWS. August 28, 2012. An official delegation of Tianjin Municipal Government inspected the jobsite of Jinzhong Street Project contracted by China Metallurgical Construction Group (CMCCLTD Group) in Dongli District of Tianjin on August 20, 2012. The delegation was led by Vice Mayor Xiong Jianping, reported the press-centre of MCC Group.

The relevant officials of Tianjin Municipal Government, Dongli District Government and the project manager of CMCCLTD Group’s subsidiary in Tianjin accompanied Xiong during the inspection.

Under this project, a demonstrative town will be built up for the relocated farmers.
Located in Dongli District, this project is a new one following the successful implementation of Huaming Demonstrative Town, under which the farmers are encouraged to exchange homestead for new house so as to accelerate the process of urbanization.

According to the general planning, this project covers a total land area of 130,000 square meters and a floorage area of about 300,000 square meters. At present, 33 tall buildings are under decoration as scheduled. Xiong Jianping gave full recognition on the performance of the Project Division of CMCCLTD Group in terms of the strict quality control in each process, the perfect arrangement for human resources and materials supply during the project implementation, as well as the strengthened management on safety and civilization in the project execution.

The Vice Mayor requested the Project Division to make persistent efforts for the smooth completion of Jinzhong Street Demonstrative Town Project adhering the principle of safety and quality.
