JSC "Bank CenterCredit" is a Representative of holders of mortgage bonds (hereinafter - the Representative) of JSC "BTA Ipoteka" (hereinafter the Issuer) on the following issues of mortgage bonds: NIN KZP01Y10C115, NIN KZP07Y10C112.

We notify you of cessation of authorities of the Representative and termination of agreements on representation of interests of bondholders No. 8 dated May 18, 2006 and No. 11 dated January 8, 2008 due to an early repayment and complete fulfillment by the Issuer of his liabilities associated with the bonds.
