OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2012. In the nearest future the Government to consider the Concept of establishment and functioning an information system of electronic interaction of government electronic information resources – was reported by Volodymyr Semynozhenko, the head of the State Agency on Science, Innovations and Informatization of Ukraine.

According to him, the system will provide automated information sharing not only between existing, but also between promising databases of public authorities. This system will include enlarged functional, i.e. there will be possible to integrate new subsystems and databases into it.
"The system ensures direct access to information resources, their technological compatibility and protection of personal data. That is, we combine two basic principles - openness and security," the State Agency chairman emphasized.

He also added: "Creating a single system that unifies various technological solutions, data formats and rules of interaction is one of the key elements of e-Government. In modern conditions the speed of information exchange - a guarantee of rapid, efficient, and hence modern solutions. In other words, this odious phenomenon as paperwork, will soon step back in the past."
