OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2012. Shareholder of PRAVEX-BANK took decision to increase capital by UAH 496 880 000 via private placement of additional ordinary registered shares of existing par value by means of additional contributions, reported the press-centre of PRAVEX-BANK.

Thus, authorized capital of the Bank will increase by UAH 4 640 000 and will make up UAH 941 920 000. It is planned to complete the procedure on increase of PRAVEX-BANK capital at the beginning of 4th quarter, 2012.

As of the date of taking decision about increase of the Bank's capital, authorized capital made up UAH 937 280 000.
