Most changes are related to the preferential tariffs when withdrawing own funds at  UCS ATMs.

Now for your convenience you can withdraw cash from almost any place convenient for you with minimum expenses.

The Commission is only 0.7% of the amount.

Also, changes are related to extra bonus under the bonus program "AF Bonus".What is the bonus?

This is a virtual currency, which is calculated for making everyday purchases by your card. Accumulating bonus, you can use them for your everyday expenses - mobile, Internet, housing and public utilities. And all this is just for using the card!

The changes are effective on 21.08.2012.
