OREANDA-NEWS. August 20, 2012. The State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine discerns a significant (more than 1.5 times) increase in construction activity in Ukraine. Thus, in June 2012 there were 8555 permits to start construction in July - 9235 documents, while for the corresponding periods last year respectively, were recorded only 4595 and 5773 documents.

In total last year was officially started construction of 47,963 objects of different categories of complexity and taken into operation 52 191 objects. And for the first seven months of this year has already started the construction of 51,014 objects, of which 99% - on declarative principle, taken into operation - 50 942 objects.

"This positive statistics show that urban development policy of the state has a positive effect on the development of the construction industry. A licensing system has become easier, clear and understandable to citizens, because most of our customers - it is individuals" - said the head of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate Oleksandr Rybak.
