"Deloitte & Touche CIS", one of the world's largest auditors, confirmed the financial statements of the "IBA-Moscow" for 2011, prepared in accordance with the International Standards of financial accountability- reported the press service of the bank, reported the press-centre of IBA.

The data of the audit report once again confirmed the positive dynamics of the "IBA-Moscow" development and reporting year of 2011 was another step in the further financial growth and improvement of all key performance indicators.

According to the accountability, in 2011, total assets increased by more than 28 per cent as compared with 2010 (17,768 million rubles) and amounted as of 31 December 2011 to 22 835 million rubles. The capital in accordance with the standards of IFRS amounted to 1732 million rubles, which is by 54 percent higher than in 2010 (1124 million rubles).

Net profit of the bank during the reporting period reached 204.8 million rubles, which is by 274 percent higher than in the previous year (54.8 million rubles). Successful rates were the result of the purposeful policy of the "IBA-Moscow" to build a diversified business model, in which the risk of dependence on individual clients, their groups or activities is excluded as much as possible.

Focusing on the corporate market segment in combination with the intensive development of business allowed the "IBA-Moscow" to increase the volume of loans issued. Outstanding loans in 2011 grew by more than 60 percent and amounted to 16,925 million rubles. The share of debt in the bank's total assets exceeded 74 percent. In the structure of the loan portfolio the share of loans issued to legal entities amounted to 85 percent.

In the past year, the "IBA-Moscow" managed to demonstrate a good dynamics of the growth of clients' funds, which indicates their stable trust and loyalty to the credit institution. The funds on the accounts of customers, according to the auditor's conclusion, increased by 44 percent and totaled at the end of 2011 - 7372 million rubles (in 2010 - 5119 million rubles). The volume of funds of corporate clients on the accounts of the bank amounted to 4025 million rubles (increase by 38 percent as compared with the previous year), retail customers - 3347 million rubles (an increase by 53 per cent).

In 2011, the bank's interest income amounted to 1956 million rubles (1899 million rubles - in 2010), and overall operating income amounted to 1001 million rubles (689.822 million rubles - in 2010).

The "IBA-Moscow" is an active operator in the interbank lending market. Amount of debt funds in the interbank market increased in 2011 by 20 percent and amounted to 12,840 million rubles. In particular, in the past year the club transaction was arranged in order to raise funding in the amount of 1.32 billion rubles. "Gazprombank" (JSC), JSC "Bank Uralsib" and JSC "MDM-Bank" participated in the transaction.

In 2011, the bank made more than 90,000 money transfers mainly between Russia and Azerbaijan worth more than USD 15 million, 294 thousand euros and 390 million rubles.

The issue of Visa and MasterCard payment systems’ credit cards reached 31,708 units. As of December 31, 201, the bank installed 200 POS-terminals and 48 ATMs to service the credit cards.
