OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2012. At the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, CMEC President Zhang Chun met with Dr. Thomas Yayi Boni, President of Benin and Chairman of the African Union, who was attending the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) in China, reported the press-centre of CMEC. 

During the meeting, Mr. Zhang gave a brief introduction to CMEC and its projects in Benin to President Yayi Boni.

After hearing what Mr. Zhang had said, President Yayi Boni indicated that he would give full support to CMEC’s projects in the country. After the meeting, a memorandum between CMEC and the government of Benin on related projects was signed at the witness of Mr. Zhang.
