Bank of Moscow Sets Up Small Business Department
OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2012. The Bank of Moscow has set up a Small Business Department in accordance with an order signed by the Bank’s President-Chairman of the Management Board, Mikhail Kuzovlev. The new subdivision will specialise in providing services to clients in the small business segment, reported the press-centre of Bank of Moscow.
Previously, the Small Business Department was part of the Corporate Sales Management Department. The structure of the newly-established Department includes a Small Business Development Directorate and a Crediting Technology Control Directorate.
The zone of responsibility of the Small Business Department covers management of sales in Moscow and the Moscow Region (in the segment of clients with revenues of up to 1 billion roubles a year) and the regional network (in the segment of clients with revenues of up to 300 million roubles a year).
The Crediting Technology Control Directorate will be responsible for exercising control over observance of small business client crediting procedures, compliance by credit transaction terms with the current regulatory documents and tariffs, decision-making on transactions and organising work with problem debt at sales points within the scope of its authority.
The Small Business Department will be headed up by Ekaterina Orlova. Ekaterina Orlova graduated in Global Economics from the Nizhny Novgorod Institute for Management and Business. She joined the Bank of Moscow from OAO Promsvyazbank, where she was head of the Small and Medium-sized Business Development Department. Previously, from 2005 to 2009, she worked for VTB24 in management of sales of the Network Department. Ekaterina has been working in the banking sphere now for 12 years.
Within the framework of the VTB Group, the Bank of Moscow is endeavouring to occupy a leading position on the banking services market in the small business sector, for which purpose it has built up a new team of specialists highly qualified in the sphere of crediting and provision of services to enterprises in this business segment, is creating unique products and developing new sales methods.
