OREANDA-NEWS. August 16, 2012. Increase in the volumes of production program and produced goods on public company “Omsky Kauchuk” – enterprise of petrochemical cluster of the project “PARK” – defined necessity of optimization of purchase and proprietary production of electroenergy, reported the press-centre of Titan. 

New scheme of tariff policy includes transition to double-rate tariff – besides the volume of electroenergy, today capacity consumed by the plant is also taken into account. Simultaneously hourly planning of purchase of electroenergy from suppliers is carried out.

Implementation of such policy allows public company “Omsky Kauchuk” to save about 10 copeks during the purchase of every kilowatt-hour for production needs, which gives economy of about 5%.

Novelties occurred also in technological modernization of thermal power plant working on public company “Omsky Kauchuk”.  In April here was reconstructed control system of one of the turbines – it was replaced by more advanced electrohydraulic one. It allowed to optimize distribution of thermal streams of steam and produce by 3 MWt/hour more electroenergy – this is all about increase of proprietary resources by 7%. The new project, which foresees modernization of one more turbine, is on the design stage and will increase production of electroenergy by 5 MWt/hour.

In this case volume of production of proprietary electroenergy will make up 25-35% from the total volume consumed by the plant.
