OREANDA-NEWS.  August 16, 2012. Eurasia Insurance Company is participating in the reinsurance programme of the second largest food producer in the world - Tyson Foods Inc., - the press service of the company informed.

Tyson Foods, Inc., founded in 1935 with headquarters in Springdale, the USA, is specialized in processing and marketing of chicken, beef and pork, as well as prepared foods.

Tyson Foods is one of the largest U.S. marketing companies, which supplies products to retail grocers, food service distributors and fast food and restaurant chains. It provides all Yum! Brand’s chains that use chicken (including KFC and Taco Bell), as well as McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Wal-Mart, Kroger, IGA, Beef O'Brady's, small restaurant businesses, and prisons.

Under a reinsurance contract property interest, including new buildings and property under construction are covered. Insurance amount is limited to US\\$22.5m for each insured event.
