JSC "Insurance company "Amanat Insurance" (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of changing the terms of conclusion of major deals approved by decision of the Board of Directors dated July 26, 2012, the Board of Directors' taking a decision (Minutes of August 7, 2012) on conclusion of major insurance transactions with a liability of KZT9,708,000,000 (nine billion seven hundred eight million)" , reported the press-centre of KASE.
