OREANDA-NEWS. August 15, 2012. NOMOS-BANK, (“Nomos” or “the Bank” or with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) the second largest Russian private banking group by assets and the eighth largest overall in Russia, today announces that Otkritie Financial Corporation, Alexander Mamut and Oleg Malis have purchased a 26.53% stake in the Bank from PPF Group (Czech Republic). Otkritie’s stake is 19.9% and PPF Group no longer holds any shares in Nomos, reported the press-centre of NOMOS-BANK.
