OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2012. The Bryansk subsidiary of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company concluded 15 mandatory civil liability insurance agreements for owners of hazardous industrial objects (HIO) for damage as a result of accident at the hazardous object with Klintsovsky Truck Crane Plant JSC .

The agreements were concluded in accordance with the Federal Law No. 225-FZ dated 27.07.2010, which took effect on January 1, 2012. The total insurance sum amounted to 310 m rubles. Earlier, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company had concluded 4 HIO insurance agreements with this enterprise with the total insurance sum of 55 m rubles.

In total, the subsidiary concluded about 140 mandatory HIO insurance agreements with the enterprises acting on the territory of Bryansk Region and beyond from the start of 2012. The total insurance sum amounts to 2,150 m rubles.

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has 13-year experience of civil liability insurance in the organizations that operate hazardous industrial objects within the framework of the effective legislation, and it is a member of the National Liability Insurers Union. In the first six months of enactment of the Federal Law No. 225 dated 27.07.2010, Ingostrakh Insurance Company issued over 13 thousand policies, ensuring the insurers with reliable protection against incidental expenses in case of an accident at the production facility.
