OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2012. After securing the necessary approvals from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Uniastrum’s Board of Directors has appointed Legal Division Chief Stanislav Sushko and Head of Customer Services Nadezhda Kibalnik Deputy Chairpersons of the Management Board
Stanislav Sushko was born in 1976 in the city of Ufa. In 1988 he graduated Bashkir State University with a degree in jurisprudence, specializing in international law, simultaneously receiving a diploma in translation. He also holds an MBA from the Institute of Independent Financial and Investment Advisors, a diploma from the Cambridge Language School, as well as a further education qualification in Cyprus law. Mr. Sushko’s career in the banking sector stretches back over 14 years. In 1998 he worked as legal consultant for Bashсreditbank (now Ural-Siberian Bank), moving to Avangard Bank to head its Legal Support Department in 2003. He joined Uniastrum Bank in May 2006 as Legal Department Director, becoming Head of the Legal Division in June 2009, followed by appointment to the Bank’s Management Board. Mr. Susko is responsible for all Uniastrum’s legal affairs, interaction with Russia’s Central Bank, and a wide range of other related issues.
Nadezhda Kibalnik was born in Moscow in 1976. In 1988 she graduated the Russian State University for the Humanities, majoring in information systems. Ms. Kibalnik’s banking career dates back to 1997 when she joined Crystal Bank, later working at Alfa Bank, and Nefteprombank. She moved to Uniastrum in 2003 as Bankcard Unit Supervisor, later becoming Director of the Bankcard Department, Director of the Retail Division’s Support Department, and Director of the Card Services Support Department. She is currently Head of Customer Services. Her duties include organizing and supervising customer services and network operational support.
