OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2012. OJSC KAMAZ creates a block of special equipment and a subsidiary –Managing company KAMAZ-Spetstekhnika, reported the press-centre of KAMAZ.

The main purpose of the block is to improve efficiency of special equipment production. The main activity of MC KAMAZ-Spetstekhnika will be development of special-purpose vehicle production, including design, manufacture and sale, as well as corporate management of organizations manufacturing special vehicles – members of OJSC KAMAZ Group. KAMAZ will transfer its shares and stakes in the following subsidiaries: JSC "Neftekamsk Automobile Plant", Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov, Trailer KAMAZ Inc., OOO KAMAZ-Vostok, and KAMAZ-MARKO – to the new company.

Employees of MC KAMAZ-Spetstekhnika will carry out the following duties: strategic marketing research of the special equipment market, strategic planning, management of investment projects, product quality, and reengineering of business processes of organizations which belong to the block.

The new company will be located on the territory of Kamsky Industrial Park Master. The block will be headed by Nikolay Pronin who previously worked as an adviser of General Director of OJSC KAMAZ for strategy.
