OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2012. Autoconcrete pumps made by Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov, a subsidiary of OJSC KAMAZ in Bashkortostan, based on KAMAZ-65201 four-axle chassis, are gaining increasing popularity among customers, reported the press-centre of KAMAZ.

According to KAMAZ’s official dealers who studied the truck sales market, the most popular models among concrete trucks are ABN-42 (58154A) and ABN-37 (58153S) on KAMAZ-65201 developed by TZA jointly with the German company WAITZINGER Baumaschinen GmbH.

According to many businessmen of the Russian construction industry, autoconcrete pumps made by TZA are popular due to their reliable concrete pumping superstructures all units of which are manufactured by the German company WAITZINGER and adapted to Russia’s conditions. The KAMAZ-65201 chassis used as a transport unit features high technical and consumer characteristics and are adapted to any, even the most difficult operating conditions. Another advantage of autoconcrete pumps is that the company services these vehicles on the whole territory of the Russian Federation, which enables to quickly shoot troubles obtained during operation.

Autoconcrete pumps are easily regulated with the help of a proportional radio control and a remote control. The pumping group and the distribution mast are controlled manually. The pumping group features increased pump ability and highly efficient output of concrete mix (160 m?/h), as well as smooth and continuous concrete mix feeding.

A wear-resistant S-valve lets through a large amount of concrete with minimum full-load losses. A divided piston group reduces wear. Ultrastrong chrome-plated hydraulic cylinders are made for a large number of operating cycles. It is possible to regulate hydraulic cylinders. Units are lubricated by the LINCOLN centralized lubrication system.

The optimum shape of a receiver and a mixer prevents formation of stagnant sections and ensures maximum efficiency during concrete feeding. A hopper grid with a vibrator features a safety shutdown function.

All hydraulic systems are equipped with reliable hydraulic components made by Bosch Rexroth Hydromatik (Germany). Distribution arms made of high-strength steels are stable and safe in operation, capable of withstanding heavy loads.
