OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2012. The Qinghai government has quickened up the consolidation of local ferroalloy plants especially in the Haidong region since April.

Being a home to 20 ferroalloy producers in Haidong, with a total capacity of 956,000 tons, the Haidong authorities will focus on the reorganization program in Ledu, Huzhu and Minhe counties.

The number of producers there will be eventually reduced from the 20 to three.
