OREANDA-NEWS. August 12, 2012. In H1 2012 TMM Company's (FRA: TR61) cash receipts from sales of construction services increased 6.6x y-o-y and amounted to UAH 36.6 million. Among the projects where TMM is currently acting as a general contractor are objects of residential and industrial real estate.

The cash receipts from sales of apartments in TMM's completed projects and those under construction grew by 16% y-o-y and amounted to UAH 80.4 million. TMM is increasing the volume of construction services rendered to third parties as part of the company's mid-term strategy to diversify sources of income in order to ensure stability of operations.
