OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2012. Deputy Head of FAS Department for Control over Electric Power Industry Elena Tsyshevskaya held a working meeting in Bryansk as part of fulfillment of the instructions given by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in July 2012 to the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) to look for solutions necessary to overcome barriers to business development in order to foster entrepreneurial initiative in Russia, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia. 

On 7th August 2012, Elena Tsyshevskaya discussed the objectives, put forward by the President of the Russian Federation, with entrepreneurs, heads of regional energy companies as well as Deputy Governor of the Bryansk region Larisa Yakovleva.

At the July meeting with the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, the Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of the Bryansk Region, the Chairman of the Bryansk District Council, Alexander Sysoyev reported a problem to the Head of the State associated with connecting to power sources. The lengthy procedures and amount of time designated for arrange connection put an insurmountable barrier for young entrepreneurs. Following the request of Mr. Sysoyev, Vladimir Putin issued the above instructions.
