IDGC of North-West Optimizes Technological Connection Process
OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2012. IDGC of the North-West, JSC is adopting project management of technological connection. The work team has come to be headed by General Director of IDGC of the North-West Sergey Titov, reported the press-centre of IDGC of North-West.
The main objective of the work team creation is organization of provision for the Company discharging contractual obligations related to “preferential” technological connection.
The Pskov Region has been selected as the pilot region for implementation of project management of technological connection.
In 2011, the region witnessed a twofold increase of the number of preferential group technological connections while expenses on technical connection up to 15 kW made 224 mln RUR, a sum of 2 mln RUR received by Pskovenergo from preferential applicant categories by way of payment for the service.
In 2011, shortfall in IDGC of the North-West incomes from technological connection of applicants up to 15 kW exceeded 1 bln RUR. During the period specified the company allocated 38.3% of its investment program for technological connection implementation. Work within the framework of project management is expected to promote optimization of actions, resources and financial means as well as decision taking and execution time.
Implementation of roadmap “Energy infrastructure accessibility enhancement” (elaborated with participation of power industry experts of IDGC Holding) will enable optimization of documents agreement terms.
