OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2012. 2022 Winter Olympics will bring Ukraine to a new level. The Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said this in an interview with Sumy regional state television and radio broadcasting company.

"Hosting of the 2022 Winter Olympics will bring the state to next level, we will have 10 years for preparations and in 10 years mountains can be moved" - Mykola Azarov said.

Recall that during the inauguration of the Olympic Games in London, the International Olympic Committee President Jacques Rogge confirmed the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov that the Ukrainian Carpathians meet the requirements of the IOC for the Olympic Winter Games in 2022.

However, Mykola Azarov is convinced that preparations for the 2022 Winter Olympics will boost not only winter but also other sports in the Ukraine.
