OREANDA-NEWS. August 13, 2012. At the initiative of SEB Elu- ja pensionikindlustus, an appeal was run in the first half of the summer, with 10 euros for each contract concluded for the Growth Portfolio Junior and children’s insurance donated for the purchase of sports and play equipment for children at safe houses, reported the press-centre of SEB.

As a part of the ‘Give children at safe houses the gift of the joy of sport!’ charity campaign, the amount raised with the assistance of parents will contribute toward the purchase of sports equipment (bikes, table tennis sets and much more) needed by children to exercise and make use of their spare time. The funds will be handed over at the annual joint event held by SEB Charity Fund at the Tallinn Zoo.

With the money raised, support will be provided to nine children’s safe houses: Children’s Safe House and the Young Children’s Safe House of the Tallinn Children's Home, Tallinn Children’s Safe Centre, Viljandi Children’s Support Centre, Narva Children's Shelter and Tartu Children’s Safe House as well as the Sillamae Child Welfare Institution Lootus, Kiikla Children's Home and Haiba Children's Home.
