OREANDA-NEWS. August 10, 2012. Young specialists of “Siberian Generating Company” have returned from the interregional educational forum “Biryusa-2012” Innovative Youth Territory. Together with the other delegations' participants, the young power industry specialists of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” (part of LLC “Siberian Generating Company” group of companies) laid out the “Alley of Light and Warmth” within the youth camp territory

For the Yenisei TGC power industry specialists the acquaintance with “Biryusa” Innovative Youth Territory was a useful and interesting experience. During the time spent there they participated in seminars and workshops, sport competitions and entertainment activities, organized a series of meetings and events. Thus, within the framework of the forum the young specialists of the Company had a meeting with representatives of the Yenisei TGC Personnel Directorate. The discussion topic was the Company’s HR policy regarding young specialists and their development prospects.

On the day of closure of the 4th shift of the interregional forum “Biryusa-2012” Innovative Youth Territory the “Alley of Light and Warmth” was laid within the forum territory on the initiative of the young power industry specialists. The alley laying was participated in by Deputy Minister for Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Aleksey Nikiforov, Head of Krasnoyarsk City Administration Edkham Akbulatov, executives and young specialists of major enterprises and public assertions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The young silver fir and cedar plants has become the symbol of unification of all economy branches, light and warms underlying growth and development of each of them.

“It is not by chance that we are planting trees here, on the Biryusa banks,” explained the leader of the “Siberian Generating Company” team Aleksandr Konovalov. “This is a territory of the young and initiative ones, those who build and determine the future. For the forum guests and participants the alley will convey the idea of joint activities of authorities, major business structures and public associations leading to growth and development of the territory.”

“Siberian Generating Company (SGC) group including JSC “Kuzbassenergo” (TGC-12) and JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” is engaged in production and sales of electric and thermal energy, additionally providing for heat supply. The group of companies carry out their activities within the Kemerovo Region, the Altai and Krasnoyarsk Territories and the Republic of Khakassia. In the total generation volume of the integrated power system of Siberia SGC accounts for a portion amounting to approximately 20%. The main fuel is coal. The main end market is the wholesale electric power market. Currently, the company is implementing a large-scale investment program for construction of new facilities within the framework of power supply contracts, the program cost exceeding 78 bln
