Ukraine Will Create Modern Job Market

The Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Social Policy Sergiy Tigipko believes that entering into force the Law "On Employment" has been adopted by the Verkhovna Rada creates new opportunities for personal and social growth of the Ukrainian people. He said this during a working trip to Zaporizhzhia region, communicating with employees of regional employment center.
"Ukraine needs modern labor market. There currently is prevailing a distorted situation when people at all costs keep with all one's strength for job and an employer often does not value their work. People are afraid of losing their jobs," said Vice Prime Minister.
According to Sergiy Tigipko, a new, modern job market implies that a person may, without fear for their future be a redundant worker and find new, better job.

"If an enterprise creates new jobs within a year, one does not pay the single social installment. We also encourage local authorities to assist in creating jobs, reserving for oneself at the local level of more revenues from persons income tax," said Vice Prime Minister.
