Please be advised that in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange from August 15, 2012 trading in ordinary shares of Kuibyshevnefteorgsyntez Open Joint-Stock Company (state registration number 1-01-01144-E as of 18.08.2004, trading system code KUOS) will be suspended in the Exchange, due to the fact that the company has failed to rectify breaches related to a violation of the Regulations on disclosure of information by issuers.
