Baosteel Group Corporation chairman Xu Lejiang and his retinue went to Haier Group for exchange and visit.Xu Lejiang and Haier Group board chairman CEO Zhang Ruimin have in-depth and detailed discussion on the "combination of staff and order" innovation management model currently implemented by Haier. Xu Lejiang requires that Baosteel marketing system should respond quickly to this management change in their customers, provide more competitive products and service and carry out more in-depth cooperation with Haier in appliance steel.Haier Group board of directors vice chairman Wu Kesong, vice president Chai Yongsen are present at the meeting, reported the press-centre of Baosteel.

Zhang Ruimin, as the only enterprise representative, gives keynote speech at the conference. Haier's innovation in traditional management system and method not only surprises domestic industry, but also catches the attention of Wharton Business School, Harvard Business School in the United States. Xu Lejiang and his team 's visit this time aims at learning from Haier's management innovation experience, exploring an effective way in enhancing core competitiveness in steel meagre profit and the second pioneering and creating favorable conditions for further strategic cooperation with Haier.

Zhang Ruimin elaborates on Haier's management structure, operating system and innovation in research and development, incentives, allocation of resources, introduction of talents and forward-looking strategies after the implementation of "combination of staff and order" and answers the concern of Xu Lejiang. Zhang Ruimin says that the model innovation which Haier is now implementing and which adapts to the age of Internet has been explored for more than a decade, but a very sound system has not yet been fully formed and it still needs continuous innovation and exploration.Baosteel is Haier's strategic partner for many years.
