OREANDA-NEWS. August 8, 2012. JSC TITANIT  which is the main production unit of TITAN-2 Holding has made new contracts for production of equipment for power units No. 1 and No. 2 of Leningrad NPP-2.

The following will be manufactured by the specialists at the plant production facilities:

• embedded items for  drainage pumping plant used to pump  ground waters;

• Metal structures for crane-way girders for cogeneration heating building;

• Pipelines of  sulphuric acid receipt and storage systems for the water-treatment building;

• Low pressure pipelines for the system of steam exhaust at the heaters of the turbine's circulating water;

• Pipelines of the turbine room;

• Metal structures of the sites for cogeneration heating building;

• Metal structures for + 7.30 of cogeneration heating building;

• The tray for oil supply unit of the lubrication system and metal structures of the process rack, foot bridges, ladders and enclosures of the cogeneration heating building at the first power unit;

• The pipes and embedded items for the turbine building of the first power unit.

Also within the frameworks of the agreements achieved the works will be performed  to make anti-corrosion coat of metal structures, lining, supports and sites of the physical protection center building.

The total cost of work under July contracts will be more than 37 million roubles.  The equipment installation at the site of the station under construction will be performed by the specialists of another Holding's subsidiary – JSC MSU-90 specializing in mechanical assembly works.
