OREANDA-NEWS. JSC "ATFBank" (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders will be held on September 10, 2012 at 11:00 o'clock with the agenda as follows:

- approval of the special general meeting's agenda;

- approval of changes and additions to the bank's charter.

The mentioned meeting will be held at address: 100b, Furmanov str., Almaty. Participants will be registered from 10:00 to 10:45 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the mentioned meeting is drawn up as of August 10, 2012.

In case of quorum absence a repeated shareholders meeting will be held on September 11, 2012 at the above time and address.
