OREANDA-NEWS. August 7, 2012. In the Irkutsk region the Second International Youth Industrial Forum "Engineers of the Future - 2012" will start whose purpose is to consolidate the efforts of young professionals to cope with tasks solution directed to development of enterprises of the industrial complex.

Young engineers of JSC "NPO "Saturn", under support of the Yaroslavl regional branch of the All-Russian public organization "Union of Machine Builders of Russia" and JSC "OPK "Oboronprom", participating the second time in the international forum aimed to gain new experience in innovative programs, to demonstrate themselves as a creative professional command and to successfully present their company, showing themselves as himself leaders of the created society "Engineers of the Future."

In educational and business program of the forum "NPO "Saturn" announced participation of  representatives of the chief designer, production director, chief engineer, and department for the development of the production system of the company. Among the thousand and half Russian and foreign scientists and students some of the best young professionals of the company will participate in the interest of their departments: innovations in technology, innovation management, development of new equipment and technology, innovation development, as well as in master classes of managers of public corporations and the largest industrial companies.

In the framework of the forum a competition of lean-projects will be conducted organized by JSC "OPK "Oboronprom". In order to exchange experience on development of production systems, improvement of the status and level of training of professionals involved in the lean-transformations of JSC "NPO "Saturn" , the company announced for the competition two projects from several ongoing projects conducted by the service for development of the production system. One of them is devoted to the theme "Enhancing the effectiveness of the Machining centers (high-efficiency equipment)", the second – to "Increasing the capacity of the site of the centralized inspection of compressor blades."

It is worth noting that one of the members of the Evaluation Commission of the lean-projects contest will be Deputy Managing Director for development of the Production System of JSC "NPO "Saturn" Ilya Pautov, which reflects the high level of implementation of the Lean-technology in the company.

Along with a dense educational program young professionals will get the opportunity to get acquainted with activities of the largest industrial enterprises in Russia, share their experiences with their colleagues, to visit historical places, to enjoy the beauty of Lake Baikal, to express themselves clearly in sporting and creative activities of the Forum.
