OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2012. An official delegation of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) conducted an inspection visit to China 20MCC Construction Group (20MCC Group), reported the press-centre of 20MCC Group.  

The delegation was headed by Mrs. Hantian, Deputy Director of SASAC Publicity Bureau. The purpose of this visit was inspection upon the corporate culture of the central enterprises. General Manager Zhang Mengxing, Vice Sectary Ma Kuiju and the relevant division chiefs of 20MCC Group accompanied Han and her delegation members during the inspection. Deputy Director Han Tian paid a visit to the Glory Room, the sunshine Hall and the sculpture of corporate culture in the yard.

The delegation members also reviewed the regulations and measures taken for corporate cultural concept, the relevant documents, as well as the newspapers, books and video documents on the progress achieved by 20MCC Group in corporate culture establishment. Afterwards Han Tian visited the sites of Wusong Hospital of 20MCC Group and made investigation on the safety cultural system construction for the project.

Deputy Director Han Tian was debriefed on the corporate profile and working report by General Manager Zhang Mengxing, Vice Secretary Ma Kuiju and Director Shan Haibo of Corporate Culture Department.

Han Tian gave full recognition on the corporate culture establishment of 20MCC Group. She highly praised the outstanding characteristics of 20MCC Group in terms of corporate culture: (i) the leaders are committed to act as a pacesetter and guide the overall development of the company through advanced concepts such as “Good Faith” and “Customers can rest assured after they choose 20MCC Group for services”, and this has not only contributed to a successful market exploration, but also won high reputation for the company; (ii) the corporate culture covers a wide scope such as good faith, safety, quality and project culture, presenting the outstanding cohesive and centripetal force among the employees; (iii) the distinctive cultural style witnesses a continuous development together with the cultural spirit; (iv) the establishment of corporate image is progressing well in terms of newspaper, website and corporate cultural system construction. Han Tian also put forward recommendations for the work to be carried out in the next stage.

During the visit to Wusong Hospital, Han Tian, Zhang Mengxing and Ma Kuiju granted consolation articles against high-temperature to the employees on site.

Pursuant to the Notification on Recommendation and Assessment of Demonstrative Units for Corporate Culture Establishment among Central Enterprises, SASAC of the State Council determined to select 30 models in this filed among the 2nd and 3rd level central enterprises, with a target to: (i) gather more demonstrative experiences on corporate culture establishment; (ii) promote the exchange activities; and (iii) set examples for enhancement of the corporate culture construction level among central enterprises. In view of the series of advanced cultural concepts, the perfect atmosphere and the complete set of assessment standards for corporate cultural establishment, 20MCC Group was recommended as the only one candidate enterprise of MCC Group.
