Amendments to Budget of Moldova Promulgated by President
OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2012. Recall that the changes to the Law on State Budget for 2012, aimed at reducing its revenue, expenditure and deficit have been adopted by Parliament on July 11.
Under the approved amendment of the revenue part budget for the year decreased by 334.2 million lei (1.6%) - up to 21 billion 033.1 million lei, and expenses - by 425.2 million lei (1 9%) - up to 21 billion 939.1 million lei. Budget deficit in 2012 decreased by 91 million lei (9.1%) - up to 906 million lei. Under the amendments, to increase revenue to the state budget of Moldova license fees on gambling increased by 60%, and for other types of licenses - by 30%. It is planned that this measure will increase budget revenues by 40 million lei.
In addition, under the amendments, about 340 million lei will be received from issuance of two new licenses in the field of communication 4G. It is expected that about 125 million lei will come in the form of excise duties on cars imported to the country in operation for over 7 years before July 1, 2012. It is planned that 23 million lei will come from asset of Investprivatbank sales and, now in the process of liquidation, and 35.4 million lei - in the form of the National Bank net profit for 2011. Due to rationalization measures, the budget expenditures will be reduced by 425.2 million lei - up to 21 billion 939.1 million lei.
As a result of optimizing the cost of labor personnel decreased by 110.3 million lei - salary increase for those is responsible state positions delayed.
