OREANDA-NEWS. August 06, 2012. There is no electricity in one of the capital's dormitories already the third day - a wake-up call was announced on the air of a few central TV channels and in messages of news agencies.

According to journalists, electricity turned off because of debts not residents of the dormitory, but Housing office, which is not transferred a considerable money amount for Energy Company.

 Residents of the dormitory on the Predslavinska, 34 street, outraged by the fact that they faithfully pay for utilities, nevertheless, some reason ones turn off the light for them.

As it was found out, the company "Our House" on the balance of which is the dormitory owes 6.5 million UAH to Kyivenergo Company...

Immediately after released this story on the air, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov entrusted the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Yuriy Boyko to find out urgently circumstances and take urgent steps to solve the problem. Mykola Azarov emphasized the inadmissibility of such situations, given that residents regularly pay bills for the services received. PM took the issue under personal control and ordered to strictly punish those responsible.

The same day evening, there was organized checking on this fact by the line ministry, carried out the necessary works and was renewed electricity supplying to the dormitory.
