OREANDA-NEWS. August 3, 2012. On 30 July 2012 facilities maintenance company Inreal Pastatu Prieziura won a competition held by Silale district municipality administration for the administration of apartment houses in Silale city and Kvedarna town. The company will administer 87 buildings, the total area of which is 91,5 thousands sq.m.

According to him it is very important to establish close partnership with the inhabitants. „The experience of our company in building administration and flexible attitude towards the needs of clients will allow solving problems and also offering timely preventive measures which are especially important when exploiting older buildings,“ – R.Rutenas said.

Inreal Pastatu Prieziura has been actively developing its activity in Lithuania by participating in various competitions and thinking of new proposals for the purchase of new ones.
