TEO Offered Its Customers New Additional Payment Plans
OREANDA-NEWS. August 3, 2012. TEO LT, AB, the largest provider of integrated telecommunication, IT and television services in Lithuania, has offered its customers new additional payment plans, enabling them to make calls to Lithuanian mobile network subscribers for 0 cents per minute.
According to Nerijus Ivanauskas, Chief Marketing Officer of TEO, statistics show that, when given an opportunity to make cheaper calls to mobile networks, TEO customers dial mobile phone numbers more often.
"In 2010 we offered our customers the opportunity to call Omnitel mobile subscribers for 0 cents per minute. This offer is readily used by many of our customers – they dial the numbers of Omnitel subscribers more and more often. Therefore, we have been looking for opportunities for TEO customers to make cheaper calls to other mobile networks as well", - N. Ivanauskas said.
The new payment plans "I mobiliuosius", "I Bite", "I Omnitel" and "I TELE2" have thus been created. Residential customers of TEO who choose these plans will be able, without any extra charges, to make calls from their fixed-line home phones to selected mobile networks.
The payment plan “I mobiliuosius” will cost TEO customers LTL 9.90 per month. Customers, who subscribe to this plan, will be able to call their friends or family members in all Lithuanian mobile operator networks for no extra charge. Those, who choose the payment plans "I Bite","I Omnitel" or "I TELE2", will have a possibility, for LTL 5.90 per month, to make calls to selected networks at the tariff of 0 cents per minute.
"We hope that the additional payment plans will give our customers more opportunities to communicate with their family members who use mobile phones. We seek that home phones be used not only for making calls to TEO network – upon picking up the phone handset, our customers will be able, without hesitation, to dial the numbers of all operators’ subscribers and talk on the phone as much as their hearts desire", - Chief Marketing Officer of TEO says.
