OREANDA-NEWS. August 03, 2012. At the Diaoyutai State Guest House, CMEC President Zhang Chun met with Niger’s President Mahamadou Issoufou who was attending the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) in China, reported the press-centre of CMEC.

During the meeting, Mr. Zhang gave a brief introduction of CMEC and its projects in Niger to President Issoufou and also exchanged views with him on future cooperation between the two sides.

President Issoufou gave full recognition to CMEC’s endeavors in Niger and indicated that he would actively support CMEC’s projects in the country.

Also present at the meeting were Jin Chunsheng, CMEC Vice President, Wang Hong, assistant to the President, Zhou Xiangji, Senior Advisor of the 3rd Complete Plants Division, Xiong Zhijun, Deputy General Manager of the 3rd Complete Plants Division, and Li Lan, Deputy General Manger of the International Engineering Department under the 6th Complete Plants Division.
