BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT has won a tender on rendering consulting services relating to the performance analysis and development of proposals on the operational efficiency of heating supply companies in the municipal entities of the Pskov region, reported the press-centre of BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT.

Heating supply companies are the most crucial units of housing and public utility sector of the region. They must reliably provide heat to housing, welfare facilities, industrial enterprises etc. This task solving often requires the allocation of financial resources from the regional budget. Advisers shall identify: is it always reasonable? They will audit more than 10 enterprises in 8 districts of the Pskov region.

Given the analysis of the heating systems capacity, heat and power balances, the cost of heat energy production, the level of the utility rates substantiation, revenue from sales and other parameters, one will make a conclusion on the operational efficiency of heating supply companies and make proposals for its improvements, including reducing costs of the regional budget.
